You can pay for your order on the k24official.com website using one of the following methods of payment: major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
K24 jewels are delivered in their signature jewel box, and are packaged with the utmost care in special packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity and a shopping bag.
If your order includes several pieces, you will receive as many packages as pieces ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the corresponding invoice by email.

Orders placed on K24official.com can be delivered anywhere in mainland France. P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered.

K24 will cover the cost of postage and any return postage.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number of your parcel by our logistics partner.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to change the delivery address yourself via our logistics partner’s portal.
We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your k24 creation as quickly as possible.
However, since k24 parts are cast and therefore produced on demand, the workshop needs 3 to 4 weeks to produce it.
Our deliveries are generally made within 3 to 5 working days.
Our logistics partner will hand-deliver your k24 parcel against signature.
If you are away when your k24 order is delivered, our logistics partner will notify you of the unsuccessful delivery attempt. You will then be able to schedule a new delivery slot directly with our logistics partner.

To schedule the pickup of your return package, go to the following fedex page: https://www.fedex.com/fr-fr/shipping/schedule-pickup.html#form.
Pickup is automatically scheduled for the next working day between 12pm and 6pm at the address of your choice. Please note that it is currently not possible to schedule a pickup for a day other than the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email from fedex either on the same day or on the morning of the pickup day, depending on when you fill in the pickup request form.
We would like to inform you that it is unfortunately not possible to drop off your return parcel at a drop off point.

You can track the return of your k24 order using the tracking link sent by our logistics partner when the prepaid label is issued.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an exchange following an order placed on the k24official.com website. We invite you to return the creation initially ordered in order to obtain a refund after verification and to place a new order online.
Once we have received your return package, we carry out a quality control to check that the returned creation is in perfect condition and that all accessories and documents included in the shipment are present. Within a few days, we will proceed to reimburse you using the payment method you used to place your order, provided the above conditions are met.

Your k24 piece has been designed to evolve in part thanks to the use of 24-carat rjc coc (responsible jewellery council – chain of custody) certified gold. K24 gold is certified, recycled and sourced from gold recovery circuits such as jewelry, medical and electronics.
Twisting and marking by life’s strokes will give it an aspect that is unique to each piece. Nevertheless, your k24 jewel requires attention and regular maintenance to ensure its longevity.

K24 uses recycled gold. This gold is rjc coc certified: the responsible jewellery council – chain of custody (coc) standard defines the environmental, social, ethical and human rights practices that apply to all rjc members throughout the diamond and/or gold jewelry supply chain. There’s enough gold on earth not to draw from it again: gold recovery circuits include jewelry, medical and electronics.
24-carat gold is said to be 100% pure gold (exactly 99.99%). It is the benchmark, so 24k gold jewelry means that its purity is 24 parts of 24. 18-carat gold, on the other hand, is an alloy: 18 parts in 24, or 75% gold. It is the most precious alloy after 24 carats.
